Healthy range
10th to 90th centile
Right where most children their age sit. Keep up the usual check-ups.
Borderline
3rd to 10th, or 90th to 97th
Often still perfectly fine, but worth keeping an eye on over time.
Worth a review
Below 3rd or above 97th
Less common. A quick check with Dr Nisa can give clarity and peace of mind.
Remember, growth is about the trend over time, not a single reading. Plotting a few measurements gives the clearest picture.
